Once your job vacancy is listed we use our smart matching tool to scan New Zealand's largest talent pool of job seekers to help us find candidates who best meet your needs.

You’ll receive a shortlist of suitable candidates to review, and be supported to hire by our team of local labour market experts.

What to expect when you list a job

1. List job vacancy

Once you submit your job vacancy, our team of local experts review the details. We contact you if any crucial information is missing so we can get your listing live. We may also be in touch if the role you’ve listed is a job we can’t recruit for.

2. Match candidates

As soon as your job vacancy is confirmed, our smart matching tool scans New Zealand's largest talent pool. This helps us find candidates active in our system who have the skills, experience and qualifications you need.

3. Receive your shortlist

We send you a shortlist of the best candidates to review.

4. Interview candidates

You decide who to interview. We can help with coordinating interview times and locations.

Supporting your new hires

Talk to us early in the recruitment process about candidates who need extra help. We may be able to support the settling process by providing things like:

  • training for the candidate to meet specific role capabilities
  • ongoing support and advice from our local labour market experts
  • extra support like workplace modifications or equipment for disabled people or those with health conditions.
